Guess what I saw on a van selling 'tong sui' just outside my college today...

SEMEN GINKGO!??

First word that came out from my mouth - EEEW!
What was that!?
Isn't semen a thick, whitish fluid that is produced during ejaculation by male mammals and carries sperm cells? (definition sourced from Dictionary.com)
I thought it was a misspelled word, or just a very BIG joke.

But still my gang and I still bought "tong sui" from that uncle, who must be puzzled why I had such a big reaction towards his "menu".

However the 'Semen Gingko' tastes alright.
No "weird" taste like what the name states. *gulp*

I went back and Googled for 'Semen Ginkgo', and found out that it is a correct term, although the common term is Ginkgo Biloba, Semen Ginkgo is it's pharmaceutic name.
Another meaning of 'semen', besides what we learned in science class, is the seed of plants.

Haih, selling 'tong sui' only mah, need to use so "high tech" word meh.
Misleading and freaking people out only. *shakes head*

Holiday Dilemma

After 4 months of mental torture, the semester has finally come to an end. Can you imagine how desperate you are for the holidays, and when you finally have it, you don't know what to do with them and start to miss school? I'm one of them.
It's been a very long time since I had a 3 weeks long holiday, and I don't know how to spend my holidays. OMG. I seriously need a plan. What do you think is the best plan for a meaningful holiday? Go for vacation? Already planned. Do some cleaning up? Not in the mood. Read a book? The last time I finished a book is years ago, I still have many leftovers. I seriously don't know what to do at this moment. I... I... I think I'm starting to miss school T_T

There's nothing else to crap now, so I'll just post a comic to wrap things up. Although there's no connection to this post.

A rabbit wishing to have fangs

Ask every college or university student, and they will know how it feels like when the semester is ending:
Assignment deadlines nearing,
final exams almost right after assignment deadlines,
so much work yet so little time,
blood pressure and stress level rising,
immune system weakening,
the people around starts to become easily irritated or irritating, just like yourself.
Or maybe it's just me.

Well lets see, 2 more weeks before the semester ends, and I still have 1 documentary, 1 writing assignment, 1 viva, 1 presentation, 1 mock interview and 1 proposal, and the deadlines for 5 out of these 6 is next week! I'm so not going to get through this!

Some people say I'm too kind, I say I'm too timid to be bitchy.
Ignore the paragraph below, I don't want you to get an eye sore.

You booked something, lets say a reference book from a friend in advance, but when the day is near, another friend said he wants to borrow that same book from the friend on the same day. Fine, since I can try to find another book from someone else, let it be, you might need it more than I do. So I searched high and low for another book, and couldn't get an extra one. Then you come back and try to take away my stationaries too? bla... bla... bla.... Oh, so you took the video camera i booked first, and now you want to borrow my tripod as well?!! Well, I'm not happy and not comfortable about it, but never mind, you can take it. sigh.

Too kind to people? Easily taken advantage of? Not bitchy enough?
I'm actually very mean. Inside.

Helpless. Hopeless.

Late.. AGAIN

I was late again for class... twice in a week, both for the same class! ><''' The first time was just about 30 minutes late, second time? around 80 minutes late! Reason? I forgot to set my alarm, only to wake up when class have already started~

Today was our last class, and we have to do our final individual presentation worth 40%. Fail it? Pay RM930 and see the lecturer again next semester lah~ Class started at 9:30am, and I woke up at 10:10am when my friend called... I haven't finished my dream~ I jumped right out of bed, things weren't smooth, but became smooth after that... Real smooth... even the lecturer thought I was late because I had class before that ^^

So everything was fine~ but a lesson learned... Don't sleep late the night before you have something IMPORTANT the next day, and REMEMBER to set your alarm! Wohkay, that's it. Did this out of curiosity just now...

Assignments!!!!

Arrrrggghh!!! Damn sien eh... 4 assignments and 1 final presentation worth 40% all due next week! Crazy! This freaking lecturer (who doesn't know how to teach) wants us to pass up ALL 4 assignments on the same day, with no extension given when everyone asked for it!

A crazy friend of mine wanted to hire me to kill this lecturer.
"Haih! can you kill her?"

"Jiak sai la u..."

Fed up already... I'm only beginning on the research on blogging behaviour, collected all the data but stuck at the categorizing and analyzing part... Haih...
