Sick!

It's been a long time since I got sick... Unfortunately for me, I woke up with a sore-throat but ignored it and went for class... Ken told us before the Chinese New Year holidays that today's public speaking class is VERY important and everyone MUST attend!

In the end, it's just a normal class, talk talk and talk... It's like never attending class at all... 30 minutes drive along Kesas highway from Klang to Cheras, extra 15 minutes to wait at the traffic lights, a long queue at the U-turn, and a hard time finding parking at the busy Taman Connaught! And thanks to our 'beloved' Dato' Seri Samy Vellu, the toll price to and fro is RM13.20... Waste of petrol and my precious time...

Back to the sick part... At first it was nothing, my throat just felt bad as it was swollen. Then afternoon came, i couldn't eat, no appetite, and no mood to talk as it was getting worse, it even hurts when i drink.

Went to Samosa Cafe again in between breaks, I don't really like the place actually, but there is a cute waiter working there, well mannered, pleasant smile, and he speaks beautiful English, I just LOVE his accent! It's such a coincidence that every time I went there with my friends, he'll serve us... *drooling*

Today the 11 of us went there, and you know what he did? He actually pulled out the chair for me and help me get seated! I was thinking "Oh my gawd, it's only a normal cafe and he's giving me the service of a posh restaurant! How gentleman of him!" *almost fainting* And when he brought the drinks, my friend asked me what I ordered, and before I could answer, he answered it for me, correctly! Not bad, he can still remember ^^

Okay, enough of him... back to me... It was raining when we walked back to class, and after that in class, I started to feel cold and had fever... poor me... Oh ya, we got back our Personality Theories individual assignment today, very satisfied with my marks, I got 17.5/20 ^^ And it was last minute work, started writing at 11pm and finally completing it at 8am, after some dozing off once in a while...

I don't drive to college all the time, unless I'm not staying in my grandma's house... My fever got really bad on my way back, my head was so heavy even my neck hurts, my eyeballs were like boiling, and my ears were like stuck and going to explode anytime... It was bad, really bad...

Luckily the traffic flow was quite good, although it was a little bit congested at the Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station... The slowing down was good for nothing, just a minor accident at the left lane, and dunno why and what the heck everyone was slowing down... *sigh*

When i was about to reach home, it started drizzling, and the worst part came, the wiper wasn't working! Shit! The lorry in front was splashing water, misting the windscreen... It was almost 7pm and i couldn't' see clearly... When I was about to pull over by the emergency lane, thank God the wiper worked once or twice after trying many times, and thank God the drizzle was just for one minute or two and I was about to reach home... safely of course...

Reached home and found out that my sister's boyfriend took my parking space >.<''', parked my car in front of the gate and went upstairs to sleep straight away after saying 'hi'... Slept for a few minutes, and then Dad came and touched my forehead, and gave me a Panadol, I hate Panadols! Haven't taken it for ages.... But I had no choice, the headache was killing me...

Swallowed it hard down my painful throat, and fell flat again... But hey, it worked! I thought paracetamol are killer drugs.... It really worked... No more fever now, not feeling cold anymore, sore throat getting better, no more headache... Just a little blurry... @@
